From either South or North, the quickest approach is along the M6

Leave the M6 at junction 40 and turn west onto the A66 signposted Keswick and Workington. After 17 miles take the first slip road for Keswick and Windermere. Bear left and follow to the T junction of the A591. Turn right towards Keswick town centre. Pass a BP garage on the left, after the Conservative Club take an immediate left into Greta Street. Continue straight ahead through two junctions into Eskin Street. Turn first right on Church Street and 25 Church Street is on the right.

Keswick is served by buses from Penrith, Carlisle, Kendal, Lancaster, Newcastle and London

The nearest railway station is Penrith on the West Coast mainline.
